Refund Policy

1. Booking and Cancellation

1.1. To cancel a booking for a tour or experience with “The Sidedoor Experience,” you must notify us by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour.

1.2. If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the tour, you will be eligible for a full refund of the booking fee.

1.3. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time will result in a forfeiture of 25% of the total booking fee. The remaining 75% will be refunded.

2. How to Cancel

2.1. To cancel your booking, please email us at hello@sidedoorexperience.com with your booking details and reason for cancellation.

3. Refunds

3.1. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and will be initiated within 7 business days from the cancellation date.

3.2. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exceptions

4.1. “The Sidedoor Experience” reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4.2. In case of no-shows or late arrivals, refunds will not be provided.
