Time: 8:30pm
Please ensure that you and your entire group arrive punctually. The adventure begins at 9pm, and we want to make the most of every moment.

Policies
The Sidedoor Experience is your designated party host and holds authority throughout the event, deserving your utmost respect. Our host will also ensure compliance with the subsequent guidelines. The individual who made the reservation shares the responsibility of supporting our host in orchestrating the group’s activities, fostering an enjoyable and secure environment.
Reservation Policy
Once your payment is successfully processed and your reservation is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Kindly review the your email before finalizing your reservation and make sure to check your junk folder for communications. Within 24 hours of your reservation date, you’ll receive an email containing instructions for the meeting location and arrival times. Please remember that cancellations made up to 48 hours before your reservation date will be eligible for a full refund. However, cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation will result in a forfeiture of 25% of the booking cost.
Inappropriate Behavior Termination
Participants engaging in inappropriate conduct may face the discontinuation of the party for the entire group. The host retains the exclusive authority to make this decision based on behavior. Groups facing party termination will not be eligible for a refund and will be subject to an early termination penalty fee of $100.
Such behaviors encompass, yet are not confined to:
- Any form of physical or verbal abuse or disrespect towards the host.
- Arriving at the event already excessively intoxicated, leading to a denial of service without refund.
- Becoming overly intoxicated during the event, which may lead to removal. It’s advised to pace yourself.
- Removing alcohol from the bar premises.
- Supplying alcohol to individuals below 21 years of age or in public spaces.
- Carrying glass containers or hard liquor, contradicting local regulations.
- Using offensive language towards pedestrians, law enforcement, or other drivers.
- Engaging in any other inappropriate actions or violating local, state, or federal laws.
Remember, the host’s authority must be honored at all times. While having a great time, exercise sound judgment, and adhere to the rules.
